Technischer Projektleiter (m/w/d) – Großbatteriespeicher & Systemintegration

Ihre Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die technische Projektleitung von Großbatteriespeicherprojekten (5–100 MWh) in Deutschland
Steuerung von Netzanschlussverfahren inkl. Koordination von E-Formularen (z. B. E.8, E.8.1), Abstimmungen mit Netzbetreibern und Behörden.
Auswahl und Dimensionierung der Schlüsselkomponenten: Wechselrichter, Transformatoren, Schutztechnik.
Erstellung und Bewertung technischer Konzepte, SLDs sowie Mitwirkung an der Systemplanung inkl. Containerlayouts und EMS.
Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Kunden, EPC-Partner und Dienstleister während Planung, Bau und Inbetriebnahme.
Bauherrenvertretung und technische Bauleitung vor Ort.
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Dokumentation sowie Teilnahme an Risikobewertungen.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
Erfahrung im Bereich Netzanschluss, erneuerbare Energien, Batteriespeicher oder Energieverteiltechnik.
Kenntnisse in VDE-Anwendungsregeln, Mittel- und Niederspannung, Schutzkonzepten, Netzintegration.
Souveränes Auftreten in Kundengesprächen sowie gute Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Your mission

Responsibility for the technical project management of large-scale battery storage projects (5–100 MWh) in Germany.
Coordination of grid connection processes, including handling E-forms (e.g., E.8, E.8.1) and liaising with grid operators and authorities.
Selection and sizing of key components: inverters, transformers, protection systems.
Preparation and evaluation of technical concepts, single-line diagrams (SLDs) and contribution to system planning, including container layouts and energy management systems (EMS).
Technical point of contact for clients, EPC partners and service providers during planning, construction, and commissioning.
Representation of the owner and on-site technical construction supervision.
Support in preparing technical documentation and participation in risk assessments.

Your profile

Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
Experience in grid connection, renewable energy, battery storage or power distribution technology.
Knowledge of VDE application rules, medium and low voltage systems, protection concepts and grid integration.
Confident demeanor in customer interactions, along with strong coordination and communication skills.
Excellent command of both German and English.
